Do you accept walk-ins?

No. All services are by appointment only to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward the total cost of your service and ensures your time slot is reserved.


Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within the allowed time frame.


What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Appointments can be rescheduled within the allowed notice period. Rescheduling outside of the required notice time may result in a new deposit being required.

 


What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or the appointment being canceled depending on the schedule.


What happens if I miss my appointment?

Missed appointments or no-shows may result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit required for future bookings.


How should I prepare for my appointment?

Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless the booked service includes a wash. Specific preparation instructions may be provided during booking.


What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted payment methods may include debit, credit, or other forms of electronic payment. Taxes will be charged on ALL payment types 


Can I bring extra guests to my appointment?

To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, additional guests are generally not permitted unless previously approved.


Do you offer consultations?

ALL new and transfer clients must book a consultations service to discuss hair goals, styling options, and suitability for specific treatments.


Do you work with all hair types?

Services are designed for clients with locs or those interested in loc styling and adornment.


Do you offer custom loc adornment services?

Yes. Custom adornment services may be available depending on the style and design requested.


How long do services usually take?

Service times vary depending on the specific service, hair length, and desired style. Estimated timing is usually listed during booking.


Do you sell loc accessories or products?
