All sales are final.

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders once they have been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We encourage customers to ensure all item selections, sizes, and details are correct prior to checkout, as we are unable to make changes after an order has been processed.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@yagamylocs.com so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported promptly after delivery.


Exceptions

All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
